she continues to make her late father proud in many ways. This includes the time she sang the national anthem at the Women’s College World Series Championship Series. More specifically, she kicked off the game between Oklahoma and Texas in 2024.

The national anthem is not an easy song, even for some of the best singers. That is why it’s so impressive that Krystal pulled off a rendition so beautiful,

the crowd erupted into thunderous applause. Plus, a plane flying overhead only added to the excitement of the moment. Experience it for yourself in the video below!

Taking place in Nashville, a whole list of stars honored the late country legend. Kristal joined in by covering one of her dad’s songs, Don’t Let the Old Man In. Getting to a place where she could sing it without becoming overwhelmed by emotions wasn’t easy, but she remained determined. In other words, like many fans have pointed out, there’s no doubt that Krystal is making her late father oh-so proud!
