James McCallum, a toddler from Clearwater, Florida, has a unique condition that earned him the nickname “little Ninja Turtle” from his parents, Kaitlyn and Tim.This nickname came about because James was born with a rare skin condition that looked like a turtle shell on his back. The couple had no idea their baby had this condition while Kaitlyn was pregnant. Even though they had multiple ultrasounds, none of them showed any sign of what was to come.Right after James was born, his parents noticed that his back had some strange lumps and scabs.
