Carol Vorderman Stuns Fans with Toned Abs and Curvy Figure — Dermot O’Leary’s Shocking Tease Revealed

TV personality Carol Vorderman puts in a lot of effort to keep her amazing figure. She recently shared photos showing off her curvy shape, wearing tight workout clothes that highlighted her toned body.

The Welsh star often posts videos of her intense workout routines on Instagram, and her fans love it, calling her “Supervorders.”

When she isn’t on TV, working out, flying planes, or taking pictures with Tom Cruise, Vorderman enjoys spending time with one of her five “special friends.”Carol Vorderman, 62, recently marked 40 years on TV. She has appeared in more than 10,000 episodes of shows like the British game show Countdown, the morning show Lorraine, The Great Celebrity Bake Off, and ITV’s This Morning.

The gorgeous blonde is not just about looks—she has brains too.In 2014, the mother of two earned her private pilot’s license. The following year, she joined NASA’s Challenger Center for Space Science Education, where she encouraged kids to get excited about space science.

When she isn’t on TV entertaining her audiences, the former host of *Have I Got News for You* spends a lot of time at the gym, keeping her body in great shape.

“Women in their 60s weren’t raised to exercise regularly… I think as you get older, it’s important to lift weights, stretch, and do squats,” Vorderman said in an interview with *HELLO!* magazine. “If you skip it for even a few weeks, your body starts to feel stiff. Since I work in a visual industry, I have to pay more attention to how I look—more than I’d prefer.”

Recently, she posted photos from the gym, wearing a grey crop top and tight leggings that highlighted her curves.

Vorderman wrote in her caption, “Five gym sessions this week. It feels great to get back into a routine. Eating healthy, drinking lots of water, walking outside in fresh air… this is my happy place, to be honest.”

The photos showed a sweaty Carol Vorderman lifting weights and doing cable rope curls, showing off her toned body and curvy figure.

Fans were quick to praise her looks. One fan wrote, “Fountain of youth! You look so young,” while another simply called her “Supervorders.”

Others left flirty comments: “I couldn’t keep up with you, but I’d love to try,” one wrote. Another joked, “I need to watch the third video a few more times to learn the technique.”

A third person, referring to her group of “special friends,” commented: “What a great way to spend the weekend—with a special friend.”

Her post came shortly after Dermot O’Leary, her co-host on *This Morning*, joked about her love life.

Vorderman, who wasn’t on the show that day, became the target of O’Leary’s playful teasing. The 50-year-old comedian, known for his time on *The X Factor UK*, couldn’t resist making a joke about her.

His co-host, Alison Hammond, couldn’t stop laughing when Dermot O’Leary made a well-timed joke about Carol Vorderman’s “10-year-long, no-strings-attached relationships with several men, whom she calls her ‘special friends.’”

They were inviting viewers to call in and chat with Hagan Fox, an astrologer who reads the stars to predict the future. One woman called in, saying she was dating three men and needed advice on her “love square.”

Giggling, Hammond asked, “Did you say love square?”

Dermot quickly added, “You wouldn’t happen to be Carol Vorderman, would you?”

Vorderman, the former host of *Loose Women*, is very open about her personal life. In a previous interview, she shared that her relationships with different men work well for her because she doesn’t want to fall in love.

Carol Vorderman has been single since her split from journalist Des Kelly in 2007. She was married twice before: first to Christopher Mather (1985-1986) and then to Patrick King, the father of her two children (1990-2000). Vorderman says she enjoys the freedom and independence of being single.

“I don’t want to get married again or live with a man,” she shared. “I don’t want to be looking after someone all the time. It’s time to challenge this idea that one person should meet all your needs. That’s just exhausting.”

Vorderman, who says she’s not a jealous person, explained that her partners are all single men who are also free to date others. “There’s no harm being done. It’s a happy and healthy way to live,” she said.

“They don’t know each other, but they know about the situation. It’s an honest relationship,” she added, speaking about the five men she calls her “special friends.” “One of them has been a friend for 11 years, another for seven. My kids [Katie, 31, and Cameron, 25] know most of them.”

To show how much she loves being single, Carol Vorderman posted a fun video of herself lip-syncing and dancing to the song “It’s Raining Men.”

Fans loved her dance moves and filled the comments with praise. One wrote, “Carol, that was absolutely brilliant! Great dance moves!” Another joked, “The Vord has defeated the Borg. Resistance is futile.” Someone else simply commented, “What a gorgeous woman.”

Carol Vorderman clearly puts a lot of effort into her workouts, and we admire her for staying true to herself and her unique relationships!

AT. Elon Musk Reveals the First Look Inside Tesla’s Solar-Powered Car — Futuristic Interior, AI Integration, and Robot Connectivity Ahead of Its 2026 Launch! The tech world is buzzing once again as Elon Musk has unveiled new details about the interior of Tesla’s highly anticipated solar-powered vehicle, set to debut in early 2026. While Tesla is keeping many aspects under wraps, the latest reveal has already sent shockwaves through both the EV industry and the global tech community. 🌟A Glimpse Into the Future: Where Solar Energy Meets AI and Robotics In a recent announcement, Elon Musk described the interior of Tesla’s SolarCar as “a futuristic command room where everything is fully automated through AI and renewable energy.” Among the most groundbreaking features is the deep integration with Tesla’s expanding AI ecosystem: TeslaOS AI Assistant (Next-Gen): Learns driver habits, adjusts seat positions, lighting, temperature, sound profiles, and even driving modes automatically. Full connectivity with Tesla’s humanoid robot, Optimus: enabling the robot to assist with tasks at home, perform maintenance checks, or interact with the vehicle while it’s parked. 3D Holographic Display System: Projects navigation, battery data, and media controls as floating holograms. Self-cleaning interior using solar-powered ionization tech. Adaptive smart seats that dynamically adjust to body posture using embedded AI-driven pressure sensors. ☀️Solar Engineering: Tesla’s Hidden Weapon for 2026 Rumors and leaks suggest that the SolarCar will feature full-surface solar panel roofing, including high-efficiency next-gen cells capable of: Harvesting energy even in low-light conditions Charging the vehicle while driving or parked Providing an additional 40–70 km of range daily from sunlight alone Musk claims this could cut traditional charging frequency by up to 60%, a monumental step forward in sustainable mobility. 🤖Part of a Larger Vision: Tesla’s Connected Ecosystem What truly differentiates this car from any previous EV is its seamless connection to Tesla’s entire product ecosystem: Integration with Tesla Home: allowing smart solar homes to charge the car intelligently without grid overload. Connectivity with TeslaBot (Optimus): enabling household management, automated tasks, and vehicle check-ups. Full Self-Driving (FSD 12) support: leveraging AI neural networks for nearly autonomous navigation. Tesla Cloud AI: enabling the vehicle to learn from millions of real driving scenarios in real time. 🚀A New Era of Mobility: Is This the Beginning of a “No Charging Stations” Future? Analysts predict that if Tesla achieves the solar efficiency Musk hints at, the EV landscape from 2026 onward could transform entirely: Dramatically reduced operating costs Less dependence on charging stations Greater energy self-sufficiency Massive leap in renewable mobility adoption Some experts have even compared the SolarCar to “the iPhone moment of renewable-powered transportation.” CONCLUSION Though Tesla continues to keep key design elements hidden, the interior features and AI-robot integration revealed by Elon Musk suggest that the Tesla SolarCar 2026 could become the most revolutionary vehicle of the decade. As excitement builds, one question remains: Is the world ready for a car that practically powers itself?
